This site has one purpose: to let someone start a conversation about a project. It collects nothing else, and there is no account to create.

What we collect, and why

Only what you type into Have a project: what you are thinking about, your name, and one contact route — an email address or a phone number, whichever you prefer. You are never asked for both. You may also add an environment, rough dimensions and a timeline; all three are optional and none of them affects whether we reply.

We use it for one thing: to read your enquiry and reply to it. It is not used for marketing, not added to a mailing list, not profiled, and not sold or shared for advertising.

Files you attach

Attachments are optional. We accept PDF, JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, HEIF up to 25 MB each, to a maximum of 10 files. Every file is checked on our server by its actual content rather than its name, and anything else is refused.

Files are stored privately. They are not published, not listed anywhere, and have no public address. Your original filename is never used to build a storage path. The notification we receive contains links that stop working after 7 days, and those links are the only way the files can be opened. Files are never forwarded to WhatsApp or any other messaging service.

Where it goes inside the business

An enquiry is emailed to a small number of authorised internal mailboxes so that a person can read it and reply. There is more than one recipient for a single reason: if one mailbox fails, an enquiry should not be lost silently. No one outside Tradedo Pte. Ltd. receives it.

How long we keep it

Attached files are deleted automatically 90 days after the enquiry, by a rule on the storage itself rather than by someone remembering. The enquiry email is kept as ordinary business correspondence, for as long as the conversation and our records reasonably require. If you would like your enquiry and any files removed sooner, ask and we will do it.

Who else is involved

Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the code that receives your enquiry. It also provides the private storage your files go into, the counter used for rate limiting, and the bot check on the form. Mail sent to our published address is forwarded to an internal mailbox by Cloudflare Email Routing.

Resend delivers the notification email that tells us an enquiry has arrived.

Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so Google receives the request for the font files when a page loads.

Those are the only third parties. Because they run on international infrastructure, your enquiry may be processed outside Singapore; we use them on the basis that they provide a comparable standard of protection.

Analytics and cookies

There are none. No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, and no cookies. The site sets nothing in your browser's storage either. The bot check on the enquiry form runs while you are on that page, but it sets no cookie and stores nothing. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything.

Security

Submissions are validated on our server, not just in your browser. To limit abuse we count recent submissions against a shortened form of your network address — the last part is discarded, it is used only for counting, and it is not stored with your enquiry.
